This distressed real estate opportunity fund was created to capitalize on extraordinary investment opportunities now becoming available as a result of the painful residential real estate correction spawned by the slowing economy, the sub-prime debacle, and the credit crunch.  The fund is organized to capitalize on emerging residential mortgage funding and securitization in the high-end hotel/condo segment (Condotels).  The fund will identify, fund, and manage a geographically-diverse pool of fully-documented and personally-guaranteed mortgage loans to already high-FICO-score borrowers (750+), to finance their purchase of selected 5-star Condotel units located in “destination” resort locations and/or “24-hour cities”, and managed by the world's leading developers and hoteliers.   The company may also utilize “bloc purchase” proposals to Developers, to acquire individual condotel units in premier locations at extraordinary discounts, as investment properties.   The fund is expected to launch in 2Q/08.
