This fund is comprised of seed and mezzanine debt investments in emerging growth companies across multiple sectors including data transport & edge switching, food & beverage consumer products, and composite materials.  The fund acquired interests in selected companies and assets, forming the basis for a set of growing platform-businesses we believe capable of competing profitably and effectively in each segment.

Components in the Fund:

Lok Technology Inc is a manufacturer of an all-in-one "back office-in-a-box" product that bundles wireless, file, and firewall servers into one unit.

Ten X Materials LLC is a company whose primary product focus is composed of patented composite substances that strengthen physical infrastructure.

Tiny Town Manufacturing, LLC While most food and beverage businesses start on the premise of a new brand, flavor, packaging, or product concept (and then figure out how to create the supply chain later),  Tiny Town Manufacturing is committed to providing category and brand value through price leadership (not branding and marketing schemes) ;  through process control (not process proliferation) ; by being the low cost operator with close proximity to our customer (not having inflexible single operations with extended distribution) ;  and most importantly, by driving “pull”at point of sale through pricing and quantifiable quality (rather than “pull” at the point of sale through packaging or innovation schemes).
