Frank Kelly Jr.

Mr. Kelly serves as the Chairman of the Advisory Board at Ten X Capital Partners Companies.  He is the President/CEO of MFK Global, Inc., a diversified management and strategic marketing consulting company, where he manages and implements global projects ranging from management reorganizations to innovative product introductions. Priorthereto, Mr. Kelly worked for the Coca-Cola Company for 24 years, holding various senior executive positions in both the U.S. and abroad, specializing particularly in Japan , Korea , and the SouthEast Asian region.  Mr. Kelly also served as President/CEO of Coca-Cola Nestle Refreshments (a large, successful, and in many respects, first-of-its-kind joint-venture, between American and Swiss multinational corporations).  Priorthereto, Mr. Kelly worked for PepsiCo Bottling Company, and later PepsiCo International, serving as President and Representative Director for Japan . He sits on the Board of Directors of New City Corporation ( Tokyo , Japan ), Hices Medical Devices Inc. ( Guangzhou , China ), and Entaire Global Companies Inc. ( Atlanta , Ga. ). He also serves on the Board of Trustees for The National Arthritis Foundation and Bentley College . Mr. Kelly attended Harvard Business School MBA graduate studies and holds a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from Bentley College .

Mr. Kelly's varied and interesting career includes a number of significant accomplishments and contributions:  the first commercial introduction of the first plastic bottle for carbonated beverages; the first national market introduction for Welch Grape and Sunkist Orange; the first foreign member of YPO in Japan; the introduction of the first 750 ml. bottle and Mountain Dew in Japan; developed innovative and interactive vending machines; the first American executive in Korea for Coca-Cola; managed the building of the infrastructure in Korea to host the Asian Games and the Seoul Olympics; managed a marketing and sales organization of 125 people and a budget of $250 million; introduced over fifty new products during a four year period; launched a four year nationally honored advertising campaign for brand Cola-Cola; established the first joint venture for the Coca-Cola Co.; launched the first ready to drink Nestea product in the U.S., Italy, Spain, Korea, Taiwan, and twenty other countries around the world; test marketed the first ready to drink Nescafe coffee product in the U.S. and launched the product in ten countries; managed profit responsibility that generated $350 million in revenues and $75 million in operating profits; and established 100% owned subsidiaries in Ireland, Italy, Spain, Korea, Taiwan, Singapore and Hong Kong.

Jim Loy is a Member of the Advisory Board at Ten X Capital Partners Companies.  Jim serves as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for Conatus Capital Management in Greenwich , CT.   He is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in designing infrastructure solutions for hedge funds, prime brokers, and securities lending firms.  His core expertise includes security architecture, business continuity planning, UNIX administration, and network design.  Priorthereto, Jim served as the CTO of Gravitas Technology.  Priorthereto, Jim served as the Executive Director of Morgan Stanley's $800 million Prime Brokerage unit, managing its global technology infrastructure and 24x7 operational support team.  He was also the Operations Officer for its 400-person IT Service and Engineering Division.  Priorthereto, Jim served as CTO at Tiger Management, where he was responsible for the firm's complete automation and telecommunications infrastructure supporting 24x7 operations for a global trading environment.  Priorthereto, Jim was a Colonel in the U.S Army, and has a Ph.D. in Computer and Systems Engineering.  Jim has taught at both West Point , and the U.S. Naval War College.

Glenn T. Marrichi is a Member of the Advisory Board at Ten X Capital Partners Companies.  Glenn is President/CEO of The Marketing Identity, a firm he founded in 1994, which provides advertising and marketing consulting services to clients ranging from corporations to associations and sports properties.  Glenn has been engaged to provide brand-building and strategic marketing on behalf of the following top-tier corporate brands --- Johnson & Johnson, BP/Amoco, Whirlpool, OfficeMax, Mobil, ComScore, IGA, Coca-Cola, Coors, USA Softball, John Deere, Del Webb, Ciba Vision, Budget, Serta, Char-Broil, Summit Systems, NumeriX, R.R. Donnelley, Celebrex, McNeil Consumer Products, and Nike.

During his career as an executive at the advertising agencies Leo Burnett, Campbell-Ewald, Lintas, DMB&B and Publicis & Hal Riney in Chicago, New York, Los Angeles and Detroit, Glenn's positions included Managing Director, Chair/North American Account Management Council and Executive Vice President/Client & Strategic Services.  He managed annual agency billings exceeding $400 million comprised of clients in consumer durables, packaged goods, travel, financial services, technology and healthcare-- Chevrolet, Sara Lee, Princess Cruises, Goodyear, Continental Airlines, Eastern Airlines, Hyatt, Sitmar Cruises, Bridgestone, Principal Financial Group, NEC, Computer Associates, Rockwell, Baxter International, Rust-Oleum, Tyson Foods, National Steel and ACDelco. 

A national speaker on the subject of brand value innovation, he conducts research that leads to new strategic and creative insights.  He's a winner of the industry's prestigious awards including the American Marketing Association's Gold EFFIE for advertising & marketing effectiveness.  You've seen his brand stewardship in efforts ranging from the launch of “The Heartbeat of America” for Chevrolet; to “Take Good Care of My Baby” for Johnson's Baby Shampoo, “Live On” for community builder Del Webb, “You Expect More from a Leader” for Amoco; and the innovative “Just Imagine” for Whirlpool.

He is also creator and producer of Family Forensics .  That TV series, which was based on the insights he gained in researching the lives of American families, debuted in primetime on A&E in 2005 and in the UK on LivingTV in 2006.  His TV series work has been optioned by Fox TV Studios, Reveille and Hearst Entertainment.

Glenn serves on the national Board of Trustees and Executive committee of the Arthritis Foundation.  He has chaired that organization's Marketing & Communications, Awareness, Public Relations, Publications and 50 th Anniversary committees.  He's also a member of the Board of Directors, Executive Committee and past Chair of the Greater Chicago Chapter.  In addition, he has served on the national board of Community Health Charities, the leading workplace-based charity devoted to health causes including the American Cancer Society, American Diabetes Association and the American Heart Association. His pro bono efforts have helped locate missing children for Find the Children and given hope to those with degenerative eye disease for Retinitis Pigmentosa International.

Brian Lenart is a Member of the Advisory Board at Ten X Capital Partners Companies.  Brian Lenart is the owner/operator of his own compliance consulting firm called BDL Compliance Consulting.  He is a professional Chief Compliance Officer and CPA with 30 years of experience in the securities industry.  He has extensive experience in broker/dealer regulatory compliance, and in the fields of investment advisory and futures/commodities.  Additionally, he is a former Senior Compliance Examiner with the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD,  now known as FINRA).  He has held positions such as Chief Compliance Officer, Financial & Operations Principal (FINOP), Chief Financial Officer, and Operations Manager, at multiple broker/dealers.  He holds multiple registrations in securities, investment advisory, and futures, including :  NASD Series 7, Series 24, Series 27, Series 3, Series 4, Series 53, Series 55, Series 65, Series 63, as well as an Illinois Insurance Producers License.  Mr. Lenart was formerly the Chief Compliance Officer for Marsh & McLennan Securities, William M. Mercer Investment Consulting, and William M. Mercer Securities, as well as others.
