The funds invest on an opportunistic basis, and in a range of market sectors,  including financial services, consumer products, real estate, media, technology, telecommunications, and others, and invest across the full corporate capital structure (debt, equity, and hybrid instruments).  We look for opportunities to identify extraordinary value at a great price ;  and for situations where the skills and abilities of our experienced personnel may be the key to enhancing and extracting that value.   

Each fund generally invests along a particular theme, and ultimately assembles a portfolio of complimentary companies.  Leveraging business synergies between individual portfolio companies through well-structured business combinations and alliances (particularly with regard to Client Relationships, Management Skills/Expertise, and/or Intellectual Property), can often accelerate revenue/profitability growth.  We also remain alert for opportunities to maximize shareholder wealth through external acquisitions, mergers, roll-ups, spin-offs, carve-outs, IPOs, APOs, and other strategies.
